Shipping Policy

Please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Currently delivery time once your herbs are shipped is typically 2-5 business days. Our processing time depends on volume of orders at the time and can vary. We pack each herbal capsule, with an intimate team. 

We offer pick up at Meeyogi Wellness Lounge inside Herbal Bae Apothecary from 10am-4pm on Saturdays 1107 Marbella Plaza Dr Tampa, FL 33619. We will stock what’s available, please message us if there’s a special request.

We ask that you don’t reach out until you have passed the days mentioned. Please note weekends and holidays are not business days.

We do not take responsibilities for delays that occur during the shipping process, which is carried out by a third party.

We offer re-ships for damaged items in transit. We offer shipping insurance at check out for lost /not found packages. There will be NO refunds for orders. There will be NO refunds issued for shipping delays.
